Young people in Cedar Riverside and formerly unhoused youth meet to write about their experiences growing up in Minneapolis. These experiences are integrated into a script they perform. As they remind us, “We are required to find hope!”

Named after a remarkable mother who raised six musical children after the passing of her husband, the SSB scholarship provides access to singing lessons for local youth.
